Details of our Period Inspection Reports
The reports assess the extent to which the electrical installation complies with the wiring requirements of British Standard 7671:2008 (17th edition).
Our reports contain two main sections,
1) A visual survey, to identify the items of equipment or accessories, which have suffered wear and tear in normal use, or where wiring may have been compromised by damage due to external influences.
2) Electrical testing, to verify the integrity of existing wiring and the adequacy of earthing arrangements, fault protection, and overall condition.
